Note: I’ve disabled the testsuite for this one because it relies on a 
package not yet in Debian (php-pest), that in turns depends on two other 
packages not yet in Debian… I stopped looking at this point: if php-pest 
is actively used in Laravel environment, or useful in any other way, we 
should probably look into packaging it, but in the mean time, I was 
trying to help quickstart the Laravel upgrade, and did not investigate 
further at the moment.

The NEW packages just prepared are probably not perfect (I was in 
“quick” mode), but once you greenlight any of them (again, feel free to 
make any change), I’m happy to upload them (NEW processing may take some 
time anyway).

I set aside the php-laravel-* major upgrade, but will try to upload new 
upstream version of the remaining needed updates, starting from the 
bottom (php-ramsey-uuid, php-vlucas-phpdotenv, then 
php-dragonmantank-cron-expression) as time permits (you just mentioned 
hoping to take care of php-nesbot-carbon soon, so I won’t dive into it 
either ;).
