[pkg-php-pear] Bug#983211: Bug#983211: php-http-psr7-integration-tests: autopkgtest failure

Hi,
Since there has never been any autopkgtest in this package before the
last upload, I fail to understand how a failure can be considered as a
regression.

I noticed that (can trivially be ignored with “--exclude-group internet”
as done when running the testsuite at runtime), but would rather try and
understand why that fails on debci and works locally, in order to fix it
properly.
