[pkg-php-pear] RFS: php-league-flysystem: FTBFS fix

Hi team,

I've prepared a new version of php-league-flysystem to fix a FTBFS
issue [1]. The new version is on Salsa [2].

I'm looking for a sponsor to either upload it or grant me permission
to do so (I was recently granted DM status [3]).
