Package: pkg-php-tools
Version: 1.41
Severity: wishlist

When calling phpabtpl without a composer.json (which may be a standard
use case for preparing a template for the testsuite), the following is
displayed to stderr:

	Proceeding without a composer.json file.

It forces one to add “Restrictions: allow-stderr” to the autopkgtest if
phpabtpl is used.
