php-symfony-mercure has been in NEW for about a month, and it’s in the
first half of the NEW queue, so I expect it to be processed “soon”. Once
that happens, I intend to upload symfony 5.3 to unstable.

FWIW, symfony 5.4 (the LTS version) and its (build-)dependencies are
also being processed in NEW and will follow the same path (well, later,
a priori).

Thanks! Can you please check if you could make it work with
php-email-validator 3.1 by the way (that’s the only package that seems
to prevent upgrading it, php-swiftmailer upstream version looks ready).

OK. I didn’t find anything about Laraval 9 in the upstream VCS,
hopefully they’ ll make it compatible with an LTS version of Symfony too
(Symfony 6.4, the next LTS, is expected in early 2024 IIRC).
