[pkg-php-pear] Latest pkg-php-tools to unstable?

Hi,

Now that Bullseye has been released, I’d like to have the latest 
pkg-php-tools improvements (especially phpabtpl) available in unstable. 
Unless there is currently some work in progress or any blocker, I intend 
to take care of it within a week (unless someone else is happy to do so 
themselves in the mean time).

Please share if you want more time or simply disagree with the proposal.
