Sorry for the unreasonable delay.

I went over the packages. Looks good to me. I pushed minor adjustments
to php-laravel-serializable-closure, php-brick-math and php-faker. I
think the packages are ready for NEW whenever you have time and energy
to deal with the uploads.

Some packages have had new upstream versions released since last I
checked. I've not investigated that further yet. I'll deal with those
upgrades as needed once the packages are in.
