[pkg-php-pear] Package useless Debian: sparkline-php

Hi team,

I think this package should be removed from Debian (sparkline-php), it 
is not used and not maintained: 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=761832

Also the version did not change in years.
It's unclear if it could be replaced by 
https://github.com/davaxi/Sparkline or not. I'd say no.
The name is confusing nowdays because no track of this old project is 
found, you end up on the lib I mentioned above.
If someone want's to package matomo (well known php analytics 
alernative) for example, davaxi/Sparkline would be needed.
