Seems like that needs more work:

elbrus at coccia:~$ dak rm --no-action -R --suite testing php-apcu-bc
[...]
Checking reverse dependencies...
# Broken Build-Depends:
php-doctrine-cache: php-apcu-bc
symfony: php-apcu-bc

Which means those need to be updated first to not need php-apcu-bc.
