[pkg-php-pear] simple-phpunit missing in php-symfony-phpunit-bridge ?

It’s just a script that downloads a PHPUnit version (depending on the 
PHP version used) and then runs it. Not sure that we wants that in 
Debian (and certainly not to run tests at build time ;).
