Is Kanboard a good fit for the PHP PEAR/Composer team? (Genuine
question, not being snarky.) This team maintains PEAR and Composer
modules, while the other PHP teams maintain the interpreter and PECL
modules. [1] These are all things related to PHP and PHP development
rather than end-user applications that happen to be written in PHP.
