I just started a page in order to drop everything that we usually do. We 
may want to actually fill it, split it (later?), improve it, etc. Being 
currently in Debian Reunion Hamburg, I do intend to fill it starting 
today, but even early comments, questions, and additions are very much 
welcome!

Not sure yet I’ll be able to attend either, but I’m really happy to 
start the effort right now, and hope to have something (even if just a 
base document) we can rely on and improve by the end of the week…
