[pkg-php-pear] Takeover of Adldap2

Hello,

I nowadays built a package "adldap2" (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/adldap2),
but I don't need it any more, as the software it was meant for uses generic
php-ldap now. If anyone is interested in overtaking it, it is here:

(Should be moved to salsa and adopted to the standards there; I can help on
request with that).
Against the background that this library will be replaced by LdapRecord
(https://github.com/DirectoryTree/LdapRecord) let me know if someone is still
interested in it, otherwise I would orphan the package at latest when bookworm becomes stable.
