[pkg-php-pear] Bug#1032920: shaarli: QR code button does not work

The QR code button does not work. 404 not found for the JS script, see dev console.

Because in "element.src = basePath + "/plugins/qrcode/qr-1.1.3.min.js";" in shaarli-qrcode.js does not exist.
But /usr/share/shaarli/plugins/qrcode/qr-1.1.3.js does.
So maybe patch the source file to use the non .min.js file. Else build the .min.js file.
