Yes, please move it to the team repository.

I saw that you added dependencies for several libjs-* packages. Would it be possible to drop or filter the minified JS files from media/js?
Also, is debian/missing-sources still required in this case?

Please double-check all the licenses using "licensecheck" or a similar tool. For example, seems index.php should have an entry in debian/copyright.
