[pkg-php-pear] Bug#1052525: php-pda-pheanstalk: leaves beanstalkd process running after build

while rebuilding some packaes from experimental locally with pbuilder in
a sid+experimental environment, I noticed that php-pda-pheanstalk causes
this to hang because a beanstalkd process is still running after
php-pda-pheanstalk has been built successfully.
