Looks like it just needed a more recent (>= 2) php-guzzlehttp-promises.
Ondřej recent NMU of php-guzzlehttp-guzzle made it possible to upload
the version that was ready in experimental. I just did that, let’s wait
for proper testing migration to confirm that it fixes most if not all
symfony related test issues.
