[pkg-php-pear] Bug#1070561: php-league-csv: FTBFS with phpunit 11: There were 23 PHPUnit errors

Hi David,

I can't upload to unstable. However could you please do it with the "debian/
experimental" branch? It contains the required changes to work with phpunit 11 
(tested with phpunit 11.4.4-1 from experimental)
