Hello Athos,

Thank you for your patches.

Does changing to SPHINXBUILD=/usr/bin/sphinx-build still use cilexer we 
installed by this command? "../../debian/build-doc/pythonvenv/bin/python"
(I'm not very documented on python3/venv internals and so on)
