Hello James,

Thank you for your recent upload of php-codeigniter-framework & sphinxcontrib-
phpdomain.

kalkun got rejected again by ftp masters for a licensing issue. I made the 
requested changed.
Could you upload again. Hopefully it's fine now... I checked again the d/
copyright file and there shouldn't be any weird license in it. OSL-3.0 is 
mentionned, but it is not said to be incompatable on the wiki for DSFG.
