[pkg-php-pear] Transitioning to phpunit 11

Hi team,

As you may know, phpunit 11 has been in experimental for a while now.

A few weeks ago, we performed a mass rebuild of all phpunit reverse
(build) dependencies. The results are available at
http://people.ubuntu.com/~athos-ribeiro/rebuilds/phpunit11/

With those, we reported bugs for the packages that FTBFS. A
comprehensive list of these is available at

David and others started working on the list and already fixed several
bugs during the Mini DebConf in Berlin. However, there is still a long
way to go (we still have 95 bugs open).

I suppose there is still time to go through those in time for trixie.
Thoughts?

When we get the list down to a couple dozen of packages, I will go for
another round of reverse dependencies rebuilds.
