php-text-figlet is a dependency of php-text-captcha, which I personally 
use in my $DAYJOB. As discussed on #1093501, php-text-captcha should 
stay in trixie. Since php-text-figlet builds and tests successfully, and 
has otherwise no other known issues, I think it deserves to be unmarked 
as "useless".
