Indeed, thanks for the notification. The Debian description is directly 
picked from composer.json via the ${phpcomposer:description} facility 
(for both occurrences). I’ve reported your proposed fix upstream (and 
staged it locally in the unlikely case it’s not picked up upstream). 
This should be fixed in the next upload. As upstream releases a new 
upstream release every month, the fix should land in time before the freeze.
