Hi

Robin, the maintainer of libphp-swiftmailer, asserted that 
libphp-swiftmailer should not be shipped in the next stable Debian 
release. Currently, only php-monolog stands in our way to have 
libphp-swiftmailer removed from testing due to a Build-Depends on 
php-swiftmailer.

Note that the experimental version of php-monolog seems to have dropped 
the build-dependency. However, the sid/testing version still have the 
build-dependency (and that is the blocker).
