[pkg-php-pear] Laravel status for Trixie

Hi,

Now that the Freeze dates [1] are known (and the PHPUnit transition is 
almost over), I wonder what are the plans for the Laravel framework in 
Trixie. Robin, if you’re up for it, maybe can you point at the needed 
work: since there are many involved packages, hopefully we can divide 
and conquer to make it right.
