[pkg-php-pear] Bug#1093579: php-slim: Compatibility with latest php-psr-http-message and php-psr-container

Dear maintainers,

Slim 4.x has support for psr/http-message 2.0 and psr/container 2.0 or 
newer.  The latest version of Slim from last June is 4.14.0.  So could you 
please consider to upgrade this package.
