Hi Joseph,

AFAICT, php-matthiasmullie-minify is only used by kanboard in Debian,
and is currently not part of testing. Unless this state change by
2025-04-15, I assume there is no point releasing Trixie with
matthiasmullie-minify, hence this bug report.
