[pkg-php-pear] DebConf is coming

Hi,

DebConf25 will happen this year in Western Europe, from July 14th to 
July 20th. It would be nice to gather over there, especially during 
DebCamp (the preceding week, from July 7th to July 13th) if you can! 
Since most of you haven’t attended yet, you’re probably more eligible 
than I am for a bursary, so please book the dates if you can, the 
registration will open soon.

I also intend to have a team BoF during DebConf, and hopefully allow for 
remote participation if you can’t be present in Brest this summer.

Don’t hesitate to share the stuff you intend to work on or talk about 
this summer, so we can all get ready!
