I have uploaded php-econea-nusoap, php-giggsey-libphonenumber, and php-kissifrot-php-ixr.

For kalkun, should we update debian/missing-sources/media/js/jquery-plugin/jquery.validate.js, to match the new version 
included with upstream?

I'm not familiar with the key endorsement process, is there some documentation about it?
