Robin, when do want to proceed (php-nesbot-carbon is also failing its 
testsuite, but the fix is probably trivial)?

The most important issues have already been addressed.

James, php-slim is fixed in salsa as documented in #1093579, can you 
have a look?

The other issue with phing #1117004 can probably be addressed later 
(it’s a leaf package) and be removed for the time being.

Severity of these two blockers raised to RC.
