Robin confirmed he’ll take care of uploading to unstable the Laraval
stack that is ready in experimental.

The other blockers are #1093579 for php-slim with a fix ready (so we can
team upload it) and #1117004 for phing that is set to be autoremoved
from testing in less than two weeks (we may welcome an earlier removal
to speed up the transition if we manage to take care of everything else
within a week).

As this transition shouldn’t conflict with any other transition, unless
told otherwise, I intend to upload symfony 7 to unstable ASAP.
