I managed to build it locally with successful tests, but by removing the 
patch related to the php-psr-http-message upgrade: it’s not ready yet 
for unstable since phpmyadmin still depends on php-psr-http-message (<< 2).

I haven’t reviewed the other changes thoroughly.
