[pkg-php-pear] php-swiftmailer's removal and Kanboard

Hi team and Joseph,

I intend(ed) to request the removal of php-swiftmailer from the archive 
after the trixie release (it's not in trixie) because it's long 
abandoned upstream.

I noticed that Joseph recently reintroduced Kanboard, its only 
reverse-dependency nowadays, to unstable and pushed a few commits to the 
php-swiftmailer Salsa repo.

Joseph: are you interested in maintaining the libphp-swiftmailer package?

Because, frankly, I'm not.

Alternatively, perhaps Kanboard can be patched to use the suggested 
replacement, symfony-mailer, instead?

If you do want to maintain Swiftmailer, consider basing it on the 
FriendsOfSymfony1 fork [1].
