Looks like we’re ready now: the last three blockers have been
documented. A fix for davical has been uploaded yesterday to DELAYED/5,
a fix for kanboard has just been submitted, and a recent s390x-related
issue with php-crypt-gpg has just been documented too (and a workaround
may be implemented quickly).

I don’t expect to involve the release team to speed up this transition
(it only involves arch:all packages, so binNMUs are out of scope anyway)
and it shouldn’t conflict with any other transition. Unless told
otherwise, I intend to proceed ASAP (i.e., once the remaining blockers
are being handled).
