Everything has been uploaded, and the last six packages that needed a
binary upload (bootstraping mess) have just been source-only uploaded.
I’ll keep an eye on the migration status, and will close this bug report
once everything (well, if phpunit is in, everything else should be fine)
is in testing.

I intend to follow up on any related issues that will pop up in the mean
time.
