While maybe no dependencies, it does have reverse build dependencies:
elbrus at coccia:~$ dak rm --no-action -RB php-doctrine-annotations
Will remove the following packages from unstable:
php-doctrine-annotations | 2.0.2-3 | all
Maintainer: Debian PHP PEAR Maintainers
<pkg-php-pear at lists.alioth.debian.org>
------------------- Reason -------------------
----------------------------------------------
Checking reverse dependencies...
# Broken Build-Depends:
php-phpstan-phpdoc-parser: php-doctrine-annotations
php-zend-code: php-doctrine-annotations
Dependency problem found.
