[pkg-php-pear] PHPUnit 13 : a very straightforward transition?

Hi,

PHPUnit 13 was released yesterday, and the ~twenty related packages have 
been uploaded to experimental.

There were not too much changes IMHO (that explains why I was able to 
upload it so quickly), and indeed, there are only a dozen packages 
failing their testsuite according to the pseud excuse page.

Those packages have been patched to support PHPUnit 13, and most have 
been uploaded already. Thus, I intend to start the transition soon since 
I can’t think of any blockers. Is there any objections?
