[ RC-bug raised by the maintainer to get the package removed from
  testing. ]

This package was in the phpunit dependency chain, but that’s not true
anymore at least starting with PHPUnit 11 shipped in Trixie. This
package isn’t maintained upstream anymore, so it should be removed from
Debian.
