[ RC-bug raised by the maintainer to get the package removed from
  testing. ]

php-zend-eventmanager doesn’t have any (build-)dependencies anymore
(since Bullseye). It shouldn’t have been released with Trixie (nor
Bookworrm), but let’s avoid releasing Forky (and Duke, and…) with it.
