I just granted you full access to the team namespace, you should be able 
to create a new repository and push your work there.

Happy to have another look when it’s available on Git somewhere (even on 
a private temporary repository, if you prefer to push the repository to 
the team namespace after another review): I’m way more confortable using 
Git tools to review stuff (and that would allow me to propose patches, 
either via git-format-patch or merge request).
