[pkg-php-pear] Bug#1151668: RM: php-laravel-lumen-framework -- ROM; Abandoned upstream and no longer compatible

Hi,

The Laravel Lumen framework has been abandoned upstream in favor of the
full Laravel framework [1].

I've just uploaded Laravel 13 to unstable (now in NEW) which will make
the last version of Lumen uninstallable and thus permanently useless.

Please remove php-laravel-lumen-framework.

Related to bug #1120135 [2].
