[pkg-php-pear] Bug#1152284: php-php-gettext: Currently useless in Debian

[David Prévot]

Source: php-gettext
Version: 1.0.12-8
Severity: serious
Tags: sid forky

[ Filled as RC by a team member to get this package autoremoved from
testing if nobody disagrees. Please, do downgrade this bug with an
  explanation if you disagree. ]

php-gettext is only used by tt-rss that is not in testing nor in stable.
Lets not include this package in Forky if its not needed.
