   * New upstream version 1.9.0+dfsg.
     - Drop include_idn.patch: upstream now calls idn_to_ascii() when the
       intl extension is available.
     - Port cache_directory.patch to src/SimplePie.php.
     - Port reproducible_build.patch to the new compiler, taking the build
       timestamp from SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH.
   * d/install: Ship src/, the PSR-4 code base loaded by autoloader.php.
   * d/control:
     - Bump version constraint on php-cli to 7.2.0.
     - Drop the Priority field; the default is already optional.
     - Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
     - Depend on php-curl again: get_cache_filename() references CURLOPT_*
       constants unconditionally, so a custom timeout or user agent is a
       fatal error without the curl extension.
   * d/copyright: Update for 1.9.0, including the Expat licensed
     src/HTTP/Response.php and the CC0-1.0 microformats test fixtures.
   * d/rules: Strip the executable bit from every installed PHP file, not
     only from library/SimplePie/Registry.php.
