[pkg-php-pear] RFC: php-http-discovery package

Hi,

For one of my packages I need to provide the php-php-http-discovery
binary package. I made the basics of packaging [1], but I'm a beginner
to PHP packaging. Please give me pointers on how I should improve it.
How can I provide the double 'php-' part of the binary package name
that 'composer' will look for? I understand that I have to provide an
override file that I already have. Probably with a bad syntax, at
least dpkg still can't find the php-php-http-discovery virtual package
name.
