No, in fact 8.0.2 just fixed what should have been fixed in 8.0.0
already. I made this SONAME change in advance to be able to install
8.0 and 7.4 in parallel.

The new architecture will not be put into Sarge, as Stephen already
explained.

Other than that, I welcome any help. My preferred form of
collaboration would be if you branch off a package with tla or baz,
setup commit mails to me, then I can merge changesets. Plain old
patches in BTS bugs or by mail to the list are fine as well, of
course.=20
