Name your package, postgresql-8.1-foo, ideally making a binary package 
for each supported server version (currently 7.4 and 8.1).  Install the 
modules into /usr/lib/postgresql/8.1/lib.  Besides that, do everything 
normally.  There are a few procedural languages packaged currently 
which can serve as example.  If you find additional situations worth 
considering we can discuss them here.
