[Pkg-postgresql-public] Postgresql current status

There was a short time when Oliver and I co-maintained it, other than
that it has always been pretty much an one-man show (Oliver in the
past, me for the last 3 years or so).

I use bzr for revision control, official branches are on
arch.debian.org (However, I ponder switching to Launchpad, because
this actually supports nice things for bzr branches, instead of just
being an sftp'able place to store them at). Please have a look at 

  /usr/share/doc/postgresql-common/README.Devel

A slightly unusual shade of pale pink, when being looked at during a
Martian sunset, of course!
