[Pkg-postgresql-public] postgresql-plsh

Hello!

I've post an ITP to package postgresql-plsh somedays ago [1]. In fact, I've already
packaged it and the package is available in [2]. I tried to keep the
same structure and defaults followed by the others postgresql-pl*
packages.

Now, I'm needing a sponsor :D 
gwolf has already said he can do it, but i think that a debian postresql maintainer - 
like mpitt - could be better, because he already knows and deals with the structure 
of the others postgresql-pl* packages.

So... anyone?
