So I polled a few people who would be interested in joining, and 100% of 
respondents preferred Subversion. :)  But I totally support vcs freedom, so 
if others want bzr or git or whatever, we can all coexist.

So, could someone give me access to the alioth project so I can set up the svn 
repository and dump some packages into it?
