[Pkg-postgresql-public] Support for PLR in Lenny

Hello,

I just noticed that the last plr (support for R in PostgreSQL) version
was postgresql-8.1-plr.  Is there any reason that we do not support
this in Lenny with PostgreSQL 8.3 any more?
